Casual semi-outdoor seating
The Hashimoto Nakamachi branch has its dine-in area built onto the outside of the shop — semi-outdoor. Concrete ceiling, three walls, so it’s roofed but air still flows through. Counter and tables combined, about 15 seats, with natural light making the space bright and pleasant. Honestly though, midsummer and midwinter can get a bit rough out there, so depending on the season, takeout might be the smarter play.
Ticket machine × cashless = smooth ordering
Order via the ticket machine by the entrance. Suica, PASMO and other major transit IC cards and e-money are accepted, so no digging for coins — lunch turnover moves fast. The UI is intuitive enough that a first-timer doesn’t fumble.
The 200g Japanese beef “classic” cheeseburger
The signature cheeseburger uses a 200g patty of 100% Japanese beef, between Hokkaido-wheat additive-free buns. It’s the kind of volume that falls apart if you don’t use both hands, and one bite explains what “butcher-direct” actually means. The meat, the sweetness of the fat, the cheese — all delivered straight, no gimmicks. The unadorned construction puts the ingredients front and center.
Cheese Loco Moco, the Hawaii-style filler
Beyond burgers, there’s a “Cheese Loco Moco” — a Hawaiian-inspired riff. 100% beef hamburger patty, sunny-side-up egg, melted cheese, and your pick of BBQ or onion sauce. Lighter than the burger but still a “serious bowl” — a good alternative depending on mood that day.
Tacos added to the lineup — snack-sized options
After a renewal, tacos joined the menu in four varieties: pork carnitas, chicken tikka, chili beans, beef suadero. Spices and vegetables balanced, and orderable one at a time. Pairing a burger with one or two tacos on the side is a nice combination for mixed appetites.
Wrap-up
“A butcher shop making burgers directly — this is what happens” describes every item on the menu accurately. The semi-outdoor seating is weather-dependent, but for the price, the meat itself is a clear step above the field. If you’re in Hashimoto and the day’s mood is “I want to eat meat properly,” this should be at the top of the list.
